We partner with tier-1 logistics providers (including BlueDart, Delhivery, ExpressBees, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post) to ensure your tea reaches you fresh, sealed, and in pristine condition.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
All orders are freshly blended, packaged, and dispatched from our Bengaluru facility within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier partner, an automated confirmation message containing your Tracking Number / AWB and courier link is sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp/SMS. You can also view live tracking updates directly in your Customer Account Dashboard.
