YOEL’s ChaiChef teas are handcrafted using high-elevation Assam CTC tea leaves artfully balanced with freshly crushed, authentic Indian whole spices — green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and black pepper. We never use artificial essences, liquid flavour sprays, or synthetic preservatives. Every cup delivers rich natural aroma and robust warmth.
Important: Because tea blends are perishable food and grocery items, we do not accept physical returns of any tea product once delivered, in strict adherence to FSSAI and food hygiene safety regulations. Once a tea packet leaves our warehouse, we cannot take it back into stock.
Although physical product returns are not accepted, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your package arrives damaged in transit, broken, defective, or with an incorrect item:
- Simply take clear photographs or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email them to
info@yoels-chaichef.comor reach out on WhatsApp. - Our team will immediately approve either a Free Replacement or a Full Refund credited back to your original payment method. You do not have to ship back the damaged product!
Yes, . We use the certified PhonePe Payment Gateway with 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption. You can pay with Google Pay, PhonePe UPI, Paytm, all major Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. We never store or view your sensitive financial details on our servers.
